陈勇，教授，博士生导师。

1997年入选国家人事部“百千万”人才工程第一、二层次，2000年享受国务院政府津贴。现为药物高通量筛选技术国家地方联合工程研究中心主任、湖北大学中药生物技术湖北省重点实验室主任、湖北省森林康养研究会会长、世界中医药学会联合会森林康养研究专业委员会会长，全国有机分析专业委员会理事。
