一、基本信息
李贞,教授,博士生导师,生物医学工程系主任。2016年获武汉大学分析化学专业理学博士学位,2017年入选“中国博士后创新人才支持计划”,2019年入选湖北省“楚天学者计划-楚天学子”,2022年获批湖北省自然科学基金杰出青年项目支持,承担国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,青年项目1项。研究领域为稀土荧光纳米探针及生物成像,主要从事稀土荧光纳米材料光物理性能调控、稀土纳米探针构建策略研发及脑科学应用研究等相关工作。近五年在JACS, ACS Nano, Adv. Sci. Adv. Funct. Mater., Anal. Chem.等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。

三、研究方向
聚焦构建面向脑部化学测量的稀土荧光纳米探针,针对提高材料发光效率及开发第二近红外区(NIR-II)稀土荧光纳米探针激活策略等关键科学问题开展了系统研究。设计天线敏化稀土纳米颗粒(LnNPs)新材料,提出NIR-II探针激活新策略,发展NIR-II稀土荧光纳米探针的比率信号输出新模式,实现了复杂脑环境下高灵敏、高分辨率、高可靠性的可视化分析检测。
