一、基本信息

李贞,教授士生导师,生物医学工程系主任。2016年获武汉大学分析化学专业理学博士学位,2017年入选中国博士后创新人才支持计划2019年入选湖北省楚天学者计划-楚天学子2022年获批湖北省自然科学基金杰出青年项目支持,承担国家自然科学基金面上项目1,青年项目1。研究领域为稀土荧光纳米探针及生物成像,主要从事稀土荧光纳米材料光物理性能调控、稀土纳米探针构建策略研发及脑科学应用研究等相关工作。近五年在JACS, ACS Nano, Adv. Sci. Adv. Funct. Mater., Anal. Chem.等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。

三、研究方向

   聚焦构建面向脑部化学测量的稀土荧光纳米探针针对提高材料发光效率及开发第二近红外区(NIR-II)稀土荧光纳米探针激活策略等关键科学问题开展了系统研究。设计天线敏化稀土纳米颗粒(LnNPs)新材料提出NIR-II探针激活新策略,发展NIR-II稀土荧光纳米探针的比率信号输出新模式实现了复杂脑环境下高灵敏、高分辨率、高可靠性的可视化分析检测
